Description

Join me in this super fun total body Circuit style class. 5 full circuits that we repeat 2x taking short breaks between. Equipment for this class is a mat, variety of weights and resistance loop, you can do all the exercises without as well. I will show modifications for some of the higher impact exercises but as always please go at your pace and do these exercises to the best of your ability. Remember that gaining strength and endurance is a progression so the more often you re-visit these exercise videos the better you'll get. Rome wasn't built in a day and an athlete wasn't formed in one class ;)
