Cardio HIIT workout with Weights! This 35-minute at-home interval class will make you sweat & burn hundreds of calories! Enjoy fun combo moves of both cardio & strength, that include planks, squats, & kickboxing moves. Medium dumbbells are recommended. The Workout (4 sets of intervals):
Each set includes 4 exercises (repeated twice). The Warm-up is built into the 1st set. All exercises are 40 secs of work, with 20 secs of rest. The class concludes with a quick cool-down & stretch.
