Fuse two of your favorites: HIIT and barre for the glutes and core! No equipment, no jumping, just a whole lot of sweat.

Class is set up with a warm up, 3 HIIT circuits of 45 sec on, 15 off. 4 exercises repeated 2 times through. between circuits, isolated barre work for the glutes and the core. Finish with a relaxing stretch.
