Pair of moderate dumbbells

Mat

The Workout:

15 total minutes

5 Minutes per block

3 Blocks/3 exercises each

10 Reps each exercise

One minute rest between blocks

Remember to hydrate and take longer breaks as needed. Work at your own pace and reduce the weight if you get fatigued or start to lose good form.
