Equipment Needed:

Balance Ball Trainer

Moderate pair of dumbbells (I'm using 5lbs)

Workout:

20 Minutes

3 Blocks

30:10

2 Rounds

Warm up

:30-4:00

Block 1

Step lateral squat/tap down/upright row (each side)

Staggered Up and overs

Block 2

Chest press BB

Modif knee plank single renegade row/

Glute bridge marches

Block 3

Kneeling bicep curls

Plank rocks (dome side down)

Crunches
