Moderate/heavy kettlebell or dumbbell

The Workout:

12 Minutes

3 Blocks/3 Exercises each

4 Minutes per block

Block 1:

10 Kettlebell Swings

10 Air Jumps

4 Push-ups

*Finisher* Mountain Climbers

Block 2:

5 Suitcase rows/Front Lunges (each side)

10 Lateral Jumps

10 Rainbow Crunches
