Need a quick HIIT cardio workout in under 30 minutes? This workout is for YOU! No equipment is needed for this 25-minute Cardio Kickboxing HIIT session. This is a no repeat workout so we'll just be working one set of each! Grab some water and LET'S GO!

Boxer Shuffle/Jabs right

Double Step Touch

Block 2:

Spider Crossback Lunges

Bob & Weave Hook/Upper Cut

Reverse Lunge/Front Kick right

Reverse Lunge/Front Kick left

Block 3:

Jumping Jack/Side Kick

Travel Shuffle/Quick Jabs

Squat hold/Jabs

Block 4:

Sumo Squat hold/Oblique Reaches

Triple Jab/rotation Knee Lift

Crunch w/Jabs
