Spring and Summer is just around the corner and that means short sleeves, tanks and swimsuit season! Get your body ahead of the game and start incorporating weight training into your weekly workout program.

This is a great 20-minute upper body and core workout to kickstart the season! Follow-along and get ready to tone, sculpt and say good-bye to the jiggle!

Equipment needed:

3 pairs of dumbbells (light, medium and heavy)- I'm using 3/5/8lbs
