Warm-up: :30-3:10

*Windmill

*Inch worm/knee push-up

*Toy soldier

1. Squat/upright row

2. Skaters

3. Dumbbell Snatch (each side)

4. Reverse Lunge/knee lift (each side)

5. Chest fly/rotator cuff

6. Jumping jacks

7. Lateral lunge/knee lift rows

8. Squat pulse jumps

9. Bicep curls with curtsy lunges

10. Squat abduction

11. Skull crushers (option bridge hold)

12. Plank hold/shoulder taps

13. Down dog crunches

14. Double crunch

15. Bicycles

16. Bird Dogs

**Cool-down not included.
