Description
Here's my Trampoline HIIT Cardio Workout /Booty Band/ Inner Thigh Finisher. This is a sweaty booty burning workout! We will start with a warm up and then we will slip into the band. I am using a heavy latex band. If you are using a thick fabric band, you may need to wear the band above the knees. If your knees are collapsing in or if you feel any pain in the joint, then slide the band above the knee. Make sure you press your knees out with your lateral glute muscles.
The first part of the workout is HIIT Cardio (20 mins) wearing the mini band. Then we balance out our hips with inner thigh, core exercises and a relaxing stretch. This is a great lower body burner! Let me know how it goes in the comments section! :)
