Hello from sunny and super hot Mallorca,

time for a new workout you guys!!! Today I am having a 15 min upper body toning workout with weights. All you need is a set of light weights. I used 2kg on each hand. You can always go lighter or heavier, or even use two small water bottles, if you don't have any weights handy. In that workout we will be toning all the upper body muscles such as triceps, biceps, shoulder, chest d back.
