Description
Shake up your regular Terra-core workout with this 25-minute AMRAP routine! AMRAP stands for "As Many Rounds As Possible". We are working 4 blocks containing 3-4 exercises each for 10 reps. Repeat as many rounds as you can within a 5 minute time frame. Take at least a 1-2 minute rest between blocks while you watch the preview of the next moves. All you need is a moderate pair of dumbbells and your Terra-core!
