Today we are focusing on upper body muscles and all you need is single kettlebell. We are completing it AMRAP style or As Many Rounds As Possible, you can take rest when needed, but try to push your self all the way through.
We have combo of body weight and Kettlebell exercises and you have to complete 5 reps on each. Just keep going through the reps till the final bell.
