Description

Here is my Upper Body Strength Training At Home // Dumbbell Workout At Home Follow Along ! We will be building strength in shoulders, arms and back in this strength focused workout. We have three circuits with 5 exercises in each one and we will run through each circuit 2 times. This 30 min dumbbell workout will burn fat and build defined lean muscle! All of my full length workouts include and warm up and stretch, so make sure you watch until the end! :) I will be using a set of 15 lb and 10 lb weights. Use a weight that challenges you, but that you can still maintain excellent form.
