It's LEG DAY! Trampoline Workout/ Rebounder Workout With Weights/ LEG DAY. In this challenging rebounder workout with weights, we will work on building lower body strength. We have 5 circuits of 3 exercises: 1 cardio and 2 strength moves. We will work for 60 secs, followed by 15-20 secs of rest and will complete each circuit once.This sweaty workout will finish with booty thigh burning pilates inspired exercises and of course.... a relaxing stretch!

I will be using a set of 20 lbs (9 kg), a yoga block and 3 lb ankle weights. Use a weight that challenges you, but you are still able to maintain excellent form. The block and ankle weights are totally optional.
