It's Tabata Time! Follow along with me in this quick and high intense workout! All you need is a moderate pair of weights and a mat!

4 Blocks/2 Exercises each/4x

Block 1

1. Single arm dumbbell pick up with jack

2. Pop overs

Block 2

1. Alternating reverse lunges/side raises

2. Power jumps/high knees

Block 3

1. Alternating lateral lunge/hammer curl to overhead press

2. Prisoner squat/knee twist

Block 4

1. Chest press crunches

2. Plank jack/angled knee tucks
