Here's a quick full-body AMRAP workout that will get the heart rate up and muscles pumping! AMRAP stands for "As many rounds as possible". Let's work 3 circuits, 3 exercises each for 10 reps for as many rounds as you can complete within a 5 minute timeframe. All you need is a moderate and or heavy pair of weigh.
