Rebounder Workout With Weights // Low Impact HIIT Cardio Workout. We have 11 rebounding exercises and will be working hard for 45 secs and actively resting for 15 secs. We will run through the circuit of moves 3 times in total! I will be using a set of 3 lb/1.4 kg weights! You DO NOT want to go any heavier than this, as this workout was designed for light weights. You could injure yourself with heavy weights! This fun and challenging workout is great for weight loss and for toning your upper body.

High Intensity Interval Cardio Training is an effective way to burn calories, as your body will continue to burn energy up to 14 hours after your exercise session. In order for this to occur, you do have to challenge yourself, so you are out of breath by the end of the interval.

Please take more rest time if you have having difficulty catching your breath. To lose weight and build muscle, make sure you include strength workouts into your weekly regime.
