Description
Here is my Full Body Workout At Home / No Equipment / Low Impact/ No Repeat! We will sculpting our entire body, no equipment required! We will be working for 50 secs, followed by 10 secs of rest. This is a No Repeat Workout, however when we work one side, we will, of course work the opposite side.:) This 30 min workouts starts with a brief warm up and ends with a stretch. Grab a mat and join me for this FOLLOW ALONG (no talking ) workout!
