Description

Here is my Follow Along Lower Body Workout At Home With Dumbbells / Follow Along/ Warm up and Stretch Workout. This challenging dumbbell leg day workout will target all the muscles in the lower body including the glutes and inner thighs. I will be using a set of 20 lbs/9 kg weights. Please use a weight that challenges you , but that you can perform excellent form. I will also be using a stool, ankle weights, glute band and a block or book. These are optional, but will definitely intensify the workout. * I will be offering modifications for some of the more challenging exercises.* We have 6 circuits and we will be working for 60 secs with 15- 30 secs of rest. Most exercises will be performed 2 times. In the elevated bridges and inner thigh lifts, we will be holding for longer. We will begin with a warm up and end with a cool down stretch.
