Today I am sharing with you a well rounded Vinyasa yoga class. This flow is designed to help you stretch your whole body, find length, and space. As you move and you breath you will open your side body, your hips, your hamstrings. Guide your breath to the spaces that fill stagnant and stuff and allow everything to become more fluid and soft.

Feel free to use props and to modify any of the poses that are more challenging for you.

Honor your body be gentle and patient with yourself.
