Description

Here is my Oblique Workout / No Repeats Workout / Follow Along Workout. No Equipment is required, just your mat and you! We will start with a brief warm up and then get right to the core workout. This is a No Repeat Core Workout, but of course if work the right side, we will work the left!

We will work through a variety of Pilates style Oblique Exercises working for 60 secs, with 15 secs of rest. Pull your belly button to spine for the class and make sure you are breathing. Please take breaks or try my modifications if you feel the exercises in your lower back.
