Hi! Here is my 30 Min Cardio Trampoline Workout/ Fitness Trampoline/ Sweaty FUN workout! You will definitely work up a sweat in this fun and challenging mini trampoline workout! I will teach you some combos, so this class will also challenge your coordination and memory! I offer lots of guidance and repetition in my rebounder classes, so all levels are welcome! Expect to get your heart rate up and to have FUN. Please take breaks if needed! :)
