Description
Hi chicas,
today's workout is a killer for toned legs and a round booty. It's a little different from the other workouts we did till now. So we are having one exercise for 40 sec, followed by the same or similar exercise with a jumping or pulsing movement for 20 sec. No rest in between, but after a full minute, we'll have quick rest of 10 sec.
Example:
40 sec Squat- 20 sec Jump Squat - 10 sec rest
Thoses 20 sec of jumping or pulsing movement is such an extra burner. You'll definitely feel that :-)
Please do a really good warm-up before you start. And now enough talking. See you on the mat and let's workout together.
