Description

Here is my Upper Body With Light Dumbbells Workout! I will be using a set of 5 lbs/ 2.3 kg. We will start with a brief warm up and flow into 9 upper body dumbbell exercises sculpting the shoulders, arms and upper back. We will work for 50 secs with 10 secs of rest and we will run through the circuit 2 times. Make sure your shoulders are back and down and that your spine is straight in any of the hinged positions. If you are looking to tone and sculpt your upper body, then this workout is for you! :)
