Welcome to my Rebounding Abdominal Core Workout / Trampoline Workout Class Video / 10 Min Core Finisher! In this rebounder workout, we strengthen the core three dimensionally. This is a perfect workouts to to add onto one of my trampoline cardio routines. We will we be working for 50 secs, with 10 secs rest. In this follow along workout, I will be offering visual modifications and helpful tips. Please make sure you are pulling your belly button to spine and that you are not arching your low back. If you feel strain in your back, try the modification or take more rest time! :)
