Happy sunday everyone,
for today's full body strength workout with dumbbells you'll need a set of light weights (i used 2 kg on each hand) or two small water bottles. The workout is divided in three sections: first some exercises for arms and upper body, then legs & booty and the last part are exercises for the abs.
Grab your dumbbells and let's do it!!
