Description

In this 30 min circuit workout, we will build strength and burn calories with HIIT cardio intervals. If you are looking for a full body workout then this video is for you. We will begin with a warm up, transition into strength training and will the perform 4 circuits, 2 times back to back. The timer will be on for 45 secs of work, with 15 secs of rest. 3/4 circuits will have 2 strength moves and 1 HIIT cardio move. The final circuit will be a core focused and we will end with a cool down stretch. Low Impact modifications will be offered and I will guiding you through the whole workout with my head set.
