In this 21 Day Pilates Strength Challenge, you’ll work the mind body movement and basic principles of pilates. You’ll work with the pilates small ball, pilates circle, pilates band, and pilates weights. This is a special balanced to the core pilates challenge and you’ll work deep into the core muscles, especially while work on your stable pelvis and elongated c-curve. You'll also use the pilates circle to help connect to your butt, abs, thighs, and hamstrings. Welcome to Balanced to the Core.
